perhaps Good thoughts may not be directly proportional to spirituality.

one who is truly spiritual his level of standard rises from the inner core i.e, his thoughts becomes pure. Once thoughts attains purity your actions becomes pure. 

so no need to do good, just think Good............. you will be all Good.
Good thought is one of the keys to Good health
And Good health is the biggest wealth in the world.
